South Tampa Real Estate
The community of South Tampa is located on a small peninsula at the heart of the Tampa Bay area, just south of hustle and bustle of downtown Tampa. South Tampa is home to a large well-established residential community, as well as thriving commercial districts. South Tampa is probably Tampa's most affluent area and home to some of the area's most prestigious luxury neighborhoods and highest priced homes in Hillsborough County. Most notably Bayshore Boulevard runs along the water of Hillsborough bay and is home to multi-million-dollar mansions and high-rise condominium complexes, most of which have unbeatable water views. Although you could find some older townhomes, condos and a few starter homes in the $200's, the majority of South Tampa real estate begins in the $300,000's and extends into the millions.
